We got so many compliments not only on the service but, omg, the food!! High remarks on the salmon (obviously), one of our attendees said it was the best catering she’s ever had! Everything was cooked to perfection and timed to a T. I cannot thank you and your girls enough for all your help and communication throughout this project. Andrea, I just wanted to say THANK YOU for everything – The consultation before the event, the help with menu selection and of course the food and servers. The food was wonderful and almost all of it eaten with lots of compliments all around!! I also do want to give a truly special thanks to the ladies of Beck’s that did an outstanding job and in my opinion went above and beyond. They really kept things moving, cleaned up, served and my kitchen was spotless at the end of the night (which I have to say is a great feeling after a party)!!!! They were great!! Please pass along my compliments. They were also very very professional and overly friendly to everyone, they were a true pleasure and addition to the party!!! The success of the party would not have been possible without them!!!
It is also my understanding that we may have been the first party catered out of the new facility – which is also very cool!!!
